Transport Couët Inc. is a transport and logistics company. We offer truck transportation service throughout the United States and Canada. Our logistics department allows us to offer our customers vast possibilities of transport and value-added services to meet their needs and budgets.

Our timeline
1969 :
Incorporation of Couët Inc by Roger Couët. The company then operates in the field of excavation, gravel transport and snow removal.
1975 :
Death of Mr. Roger Couët. The succession is then ensured by the sons Louis, René, Rock, Charles and Marc.
1984-1985 :
Following the economic change, Couët inc restructures and redirects its operations in the transport of wood chips and lumber. The company then had four trucks.
Louis takes charge of the machine shop which had been created by Roger Couët.
1985-1986 :
Purchase of three Granit Bussière trucks by Couët inc. The company then took charge of transporting the granite shipments from the factory to the United States.
1992 :
Couët inc starts transporting in Canada (Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes) for Tafisa Canada, manufacturer of particle boards in Lac-Mégantic.
1994 :
Couët inc obtains responsibility for all loads in Canada from Tafisa Canada.
2001 à 2004 :
Arrival in the company of the third generation. Stéphanie, Simon and Michaël then join the shareholders.
2010 :
Couët inc acquires equipment and dedicated transportation in the United States from René Bernard inc, a company working in the lumber sector.
2012 :
Purchases of trucks and trailers from A.L.J.R. inc.
2012 :
Purchases of trucks and trailers for Transport Nelson Lapierre.
2014 :
The company diversifies its service offering by acquiring 3 and 4 axle trailers to offer its customers higher load capacities.
2018 :
The company adds the transport intermediary service to its offering. The latter obtains its Transport Intermediary Number from the Commission des Transport du Québec.
